after my daughter was accused of stealing,to which she had no merchandise on her person my wife was told they have her on video.my wife asked to see it they declined which in my opinion is seen as a lie. The manager Savannah is related to some rude little boy my daughter dumped for trying to control what she did.This is a sad attempt at retaliation and it reflects The dollar general store in cromwell and all locations lack of professional and common sense as well as customer satisfaction.I have also witnessed employees being vocally rude and demeaning to all sorts of customers for simply being asked a question I will not be giving my money to any location for any reason thanks to this one store

One of the workers was very rude to me and my mom, he has short grey hair. I am 14 years old and I have a service dog that I have to take almost everywhere with me, I've never had any issues with bringing her anywhere until this guy showed up. He tried to to me and my mom that I couldn't have my service dog in the store because there is food, by the law I can take my service dog wherever I go, the only places that can deny me access are hospitals and government facilities. He also has a very rude attitude when we came in 20 minutes before closing, it shouldn't matter how late a customer comes in a worker should always have professional behavior

Okay, I absolutely loved our dollar store here in Cromwell! But I am absolutely appalled by how we I got dirty looks and spoken to I understand being ready to go homeThe lady pretty much show me my 10-year-old son at the door I was jokingly laughing with her she said yeah it’s funny next time we just won’t let you inI will call the mayor I will call corporate anybody I want to call I am sick of being treated rudely down here. Other than that Or as wonderful as far far as that and know that the new crew managerEven had my 10-year-old son upset about how rude they were plus I put application in and Was not gonna say anything about the application and this is twice they said were for real need anyone else we have a staff you know you don’t look down on people that way
