“The tellers are why I bank here. I have so much trouble with the app and transaction clearing at wonky times so I'm not in love with their computer systems/ tech involved in banking. I do stay with them even without the multiple technical problems I've had because the customer facing staff is wonderful. Give them all a big fat raise. They deserve it.”
