Rented a unit with auto pay, had to get a new card so date and 3 digit changed, trying to call and fix it for 3 months!!! Everyday I get a card declined notification!!!! A month ago I finally got an answer, she was supposed to call me back to get the info and never heard from them, CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE BECAUSE MAIL BOX IS FULL!!!

I had an RV and this is the best place to rent storage. Very secure and the ladies were always very pleasant to talk to.
