Sold me the wrong valve cover gasket told it me would fit so I go home take my car apart and it's to big so I don't got a car to get back so I call them and they basically say I'm crap out of luck even though it wouldn't have been a 10 minute drive to make it right and bring the right gasket I was supposed to get

Last week a very nice young man looked up the 300 dollars worth of parts and printed out a list because I couldn't pay for them till the 30th. Give me his name, and I told him I would call in on the 30th and if he was there I would have him order them for me. I just got off the phone, and was told that they can't give out that information when I asked to speak to him. So I will call Napa, probably pay more, but at least there I can ask for a specific counter man, and get to talk to them.

Had to special order a part at the store, told it'll be a week before it comes in, well I get there on the day I'm supposed to pick it up only to find out it had been delivered 5 days prior and y'all never called to inform me of this and one of you're employees took it upon themselves to return a part that had already been paid for.
