The management and maintenance teams receive consistent praise. The managers are described as amazing, wonderful, helpful, understanding, genuine, easy to talk to, and respected by the community. They are helpful with the application process and difficult circumstances. Maintenance requests are handled amazingly, with respect and dignity, and are addressed in a timely manner, often the same or next day. The maintenance personnel are remarkable, thorough, personable, courteous, and kind, effectively handling emergencies. The property is well-kept with very frequent lawn care and spraying. Residents feel safe, respected, and welcome.

Here at timberidge apartments, we have recently acquired new maintenance personnel, her name is Paula and this woman is remarkable! She is thorough and personable and a delight to be around. When we put in a work order it will be addressed in a timely order or by the following day.

I wanted to give Paula credit for a job well done! Was very courteous and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Definitely a maintenance person to keep. Forgot to add the before picture so here it is. This before Paula started working for the apartments and previous maintenance did this work.
