I am changing my review to 1 star. EVERYTIME I go there and get the blonde, ponytail, glasses, plus size lady....I know my experience is going to be a bad one. She is so rude. She doesn't give out valuable customer service information to those needing the info. I am so very tired of the rude, unhelpful, non caring people that work in this town. And the USPS in Cushing is no exception.

Never delivers my mail on Fairlawn. The postal carrier has issues ... she refuses to deliver mail to a mailbox to a property.

Id give it negative stars if I could. Lived in different towns and this is worst post office I've ever been to. It's like pulling teeth to get them to help or even acknowledge you- and when they do they are the rudest people. I will drive 20 miles to Stillwater where they don't hate their life or their job!!!

I try to only use UPS or FedEx because I almost always have an issue with packages being delivered to the wrong address. There’s been too many incidents.
