Helpful male employees. However, the old lady standing at the door near the deli singled my family out of everyone leaving demanding to see our receipt. She takes her sweet time going over every item on the receipt, meanwhile there are other shoppers passing us right up with large 24 packs of waters in their carts. My father and I get annoyed with her obviously. We say “it’s not Walmart policy to stop at the door like this.” She then claims it’s her job to look at items specifically outside of bags. My father and I shared a look, (she wasn’t doing her job.) We are from out of town so clearly this woman knew every other customer by name to have let them leave without checking their receipt too. We have better things to do than argue with old ladies at Walmart. You need better Walmart greeters, for sure. She was rude and judgmental when she heard we were from out of town. I don’t think we would have been as upset about the situation if the lady would have at least smiled just once. Seems like she hated her life and decided to take it out on us! 😡

Currently undergoing re-modeling starting July 10, 2025.
Well stocked, clean super center. Employees are helpful with a sense of humor. Easy to access from the highway with a large recently paved and marked parking lot.

As both a Walmart delivery driver and customer, I’ve never had such an upsetting experience as I did at the Cushing, OK location. On a recent visit to pick up a customer order, I was approached at my car by a team lead named Becca, who immediately began verbally assaulting me. She called me a “low life,” claimed I didn’t “do my job right,” and then told me she was refusing to give me the order. She went even further, threatening that she would make sure I lost my job as a driver and would no longer be able to shop at Walmart as a customer.
This behavior was not only unprofessional—it was deeply personal. Becca is a known associate of another Walmart employee, Jordan, who has been spreading rumors about me both inside the store and around town. Jordan has made multiple inappropriate and deeply hurtful comments about my sexuality and my appearance in front of others, often leaving me in tears after visiting the store.
Despite having done nothing wrong, both of these employees have continued to spread false accusations, including lies that I was “bullying” Jordan—an accusation I completely deny. In fact, I have witnesses who can support my side of the story, and I am currently gathering evidence to file formal harassment complaints. These actions have affected not only my work, but my mental and emotional well-being.
No one—employee, shopper, or delivery driver—deserves to be treated this way. Walmart should be a place of inclusion and professionalism, not a space where personal grudges are allowed to turn into workplace bullying and harassment.
I will be pursuing this further with legal counsel and the appropriate authorities, and I strongly encourage Walmart corporate to look into the behavior of both Becca and Jordan before more people are hurt.

I’m absolutely disgusted by the experience I had at Walmart recently. When I asked an employee named Jordan for help reaching a bag of chips, she responded by saying, “Walmart doesn’t pay me enough to help fat people,” and then told me I should “eat less.”
Not only was this incredibly offensive, unprofessional, and demeaning—it was outright bullying. I left the store feeling humiliated and angry.
What’s worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve heard of Jordan treating people this way. She has a reputation both in the store and in town for being rude and cruel, yet she’s still employed.
Walmart should be ashamed to allow someone like this to represent their company. If management continues to turn a blind eye to this kind of behavior, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—and I’ll make sure others in the community know, too.

⭐☆☆☆☆
I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. During a recent visit to this Walmart, I was treated with unexpected and deeply hurtful disrespect by an employee named Jordan. While I was minding my own business, Jordan made comments that can only be described as body shaming — mocking my appearance in a way that left me stunned and humiliated.
As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect — nothing more, nothing less. Instead, I left the store feeling embarrassed and deeply shaken. It’s incredibly disappointing that a place as large and well-established as Walmart would tolerate this kind of behavior from their staff.
No one should have to endure that kind of treatment, ever. I truly hope this is addressed, not just for my sake, but so no one else has to go through something similar.

If you go to the garden side, you're lucky if you find anyone to check you out. I had to stop someone and ask them to help me, but he said it wasn't his responsibility. If there's no cashier, deal with it. Finally, I found the right person, and they opened it up.
