Betsy was pretty nice to me as I was the bride getting married. But not so nice to my husband behind my back. She definitely knew who to please to make sure the wedding would happen at the venue. On our wedding day we didn't have much of a dance floor, we had to move chairs and tables to make a small one. The venue shouldn't allow for customers to pay for the 150+ guest package because there is not space for that amount of people to sit comfortably, let alone dance. Which, dancing is a big part of the wedding, luckily their DJ Brad liven up the party with what we did have and made the most of it to make sure we had fun. I was not pleased with the outcome on the set up, I wish she would have allowed us to see the layout of the tables the day before our wedding to make sure we would like it. Another thing I wasn't pleased about is having to go outside to the parking lot to get our drinks from the bartender Brooklyn (who was amazing by the way she had the best customer service I have ever seen in bartending). It drifted a lot of our guests outside instead of being all together. Overall, this place was a disappointment. I thought it had potential when we first saw it because it is a beautiful venue. I wouldn't count on any of the other staff inside to have positive attitudes. They all seemed like they didn't want to be there. This place is nice if you plan on having a smaller wedding and don't care too much about the customer service the staff provides. I gave this place a 2-star rating because of Brad and Brooklyn.

We went to our niece's wedding there. It is a great chappel. There is a large reception in the same building the serves meals.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was part of a wedding party here. The lady running the show was probably one of the rudest (if not the rudest) person I have ever met in my life (RN by trade and I have met my fair share of not so nice people). To be in the customer service industry and treat people the way this woman treated all of us (especially bride and groom) is unbelievable and someone missed the memo on what customer service truly is. Tux colors were incorrect (she blamed the bride and groom, yet 4 people were there to witness this, so everyone there was lying apparently, owning up would have been better). Held the door open for me at the end and I said “oh thank you so much” (shocked) and she said “oh I just wanted to make sure the door shut so the cool air wouldn’t get out.” She kept making rude comments through the rehearsal and wedding day. So very unprofessional. Soooo many things wrong with this place. Major disappointment. Glad my daughter is NOT getting married here! Seriously, learn to be nice and caring to people on their big day. Just don’t do it! Go somewhere else with your money, trust me!

Venue is beautiful, but the host was horribly rude and hateful to both the guests and the bride and groom.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely chapel. We are a couple who have been together for many years and knew we wanted a very small, private ceremony. Although our ceremony is considered an elopement, it was so much more than a "package deal." Betsy was very kind and helpful, not only when making our reservation, but was always available to answer questions in the time leading up to our ceremony. To say Pastor Kim was "included in our package" does not do justice regarding the magic she brought to our special day. She communicated with us in the weeks leading up to our ceremony and gave us the freedom we needed to write our own vows, include music to be played, and make our wedding memorable. We felt as though we had known her for years and that our happiness truly mattered to her. Thank you so much for helping to create what will always be a beautiful memory!

TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!my husband and I booked I believe March 1st.Talked to whatever lady called us, emailed, they took our money, we settled all the questions and details throughout the month of March. our wedding was to be booked for a 30 minute ceremony, July 31st, 2023, at 2pm. easy peasy right? well we all get there, and keep in mind we have family coming in internationally, so there's some pressure there.we get there and the doors are locked. Not a single person in sight, and 2:30 rolls around we are in hysterics, because WHERE IS MY WEDDING?can't get ahold of anybody, and yes I left a very nasty voicemail.Someone eventually got back to us and firstly said they were closed, so why would you book a wedding if you're closed? wtf?then accused us of never paying, to which we responded with the below picture from our bank account because we did in fact pay, I have the email confirmation as well.they all of a sudden found it "in their system"?they then offered to have someone come out to officiate the wedding in 15 minutes. keep in mind it is over 100 degrees outside, makeup, hair, wedding dress, and I'm absolutely losing my marbles because we got SCAMMED.So DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS VENUE. they will take your money and accuse you of not paying, booking the right time, or saying they aren't even open at all!do not EVEN try to reply to this review because I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED to take this to court.edited to add, they did give us a full refund, doesn't make it any better but I am at least grateful they had the sense to send my money back.

Our son and his bride will be getting married there. The young lady taking care of the wedding ceremony is very precise and good at her position!

Attended a wedding recently that started at 6:00 pm and got there a few minutes early. Guess what? They wouldn’t open the door! Told us the party paid for a 6:00 pm wedding and they were NOT opening the door a minute early. So much for Oklahoma hospitality!!!

My bride and I cannot say enough good things about Arbuckle Wedding Chapel and Mandi. We were so frustrated by trying to find a solid venue that we were about to elope. Mandi made the process insanely easy and thought of everything we didn’t. The venue is beautiful, affordable, and full of dedicated staff. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t be more thankful to Mandi and the team.

I have tried to settle things with this business and they will not communicate so......we used the Arbuckle Wedding Chapel to get married in March. They have changed ownership (4 weeks before my wedding after I had paid 5k already). The new owners are awful. This is my less than one star review:I reserved this venue under old ownership and was not advised it had sold until 4 weeks before wedding. The new owners- impossible to reach. They were not at wedding. I paid a deposit, was told in 18 years a deposit was kept twice: once for non returned formalwear and once for stolen pieces. They kept my deposit because we had feather boas on reception dance. They also shut us down 30 min early and my bridesmaid crew went to picking up petals and feathers. They were told they didn't need to do that when they asked for vacuum. They said it was fine. We were not a hard wedding. We used their catering. It was awful. And, they didn't have it ready on time so guests waited for 30 min just for food. The buns were stale. Menu was not as written.I wore two dresses. One in chapel and bride dressing room only. My train was filthy because the floor was so dirty. I'm 46 and rarely fussy. I am livid about the poor customer service and that they had the nerve to keep my deposit over feathers after how awfully they handled my wedding. I wrote them checks totaling over 5k and it was a total disaster. 3 bright points: the DJ was Brad Bentley and he was great. The officiant did a nice job. Robin Sullivan's desserts saved our hungry tummies and were gorgeous and delicious. The new owners are awful. Please brides, do not risk your day with this venue!

I was the photographer for a wedding there, this past weekend. Beautiful place with an amazing staff. I was greeted the moment I walked in and anything I needed help with, they were there to lend a hand. I would highly recommend for any wedding.

It was a nice wedding, very nice people. If I was to get married I would choose this chapel.
