My wife and I have used several banks throughout the years from personal to business and this bank has truly been the most helpful and supportive, I highly recommend the Davis branch

My friend lost close family members in a short amount of time, and they all banked with Simmons. Despite knowing the account owners had died, Simmons refused to close their accounts, allowing them to be drained of their funds by automatic charges even though the beneficiaries on the accounts had asked the bank to cancel or refuse payment on all automatic charges. The overdraft fees quickly racked up to $500, and rather than being decent humans, the bank demanded payment or they would refuse to close the account, allowing them to rack up further debt. In other words, Simmons Bank is financially holding my friend's family hostage.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SIMMONS BANK!!! I am reporting them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve, and the FDIC,If you live in Davis, do your banking with Pauls Valley National Bank (PVNB) or a credit union. Simmons Bank will rob you blind.

so far, this place is completely unhelpful and has transferred my phone call a total of 7 different times. i’ve been on hold for 45 minutes and still can’t talk to a real person. i haven’t received any information that my original banking system was going to change. i now can’t see my account balance and can’t contact anyone to figure out what it is. i will definitely be cancelling my account here and starting one elsewhere.

I'd give a -* if I could !!!!!!! Poorest excuse for costumer service I've ever seen. Unable to speak to anyone by phone,on hold for over an hour, only a recording saying due to high volume of calls unable to answer. Drive through assistant no better. untrained /poorly informed personal . Really considering moving my accounts after being with landmark and it's predecessors for over 40 years

Since Simmons took over Landmark Bank the service has gone from a 10 to a 1. The service is so slow and they never have more than 2 tellers. Standing 4 or more in line is not acceptable. If the service and attitudes don't change I will change banks and that's sad because I have been banking there since 2008
