One of the very worst Arvest banks in the OKC area. I've been in business 10 years and hold a business line of credit as well as a business checking account at this bank.I expect my experience today to be the end of the road.Arvest, DO NOT send me a generic reply (like you did for almost everyone else who has reviewed your bank poorly) asking me to send you an email with more information. Would give zero stars if I could! Went in today to close an account and the gentleman behind the counter was apparently new and was doing his very best to assist me and my mother with the closing of our accounts. Another employee Katherine, who was also working behind the counter stepped in to assist him with what he was doing which was getting the remaining funds out of our account, very rudely comes behind him standing over his shoulder correcting his every move. Who can learn their job like that, much less learn to be good at their job in those circumstances? Can we say hostile environment? As we were leaving my mother said goodbye to her and accidentally called her the wrong name and she felt the need to correct my mother in front of the entire lobby. We will never be back to this bank! Thankfully we found a better place to take our business! I highly recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for friendly business!

There’s a low chance each time I use an Arvest ATM, specifically this location or 4th and Eastern in Moore that the ATM can’t read your cash and takes your card, it’s temporarily unavailable, or the screen is glitched to where I can’t see. Very old.

Due to Covid 19 the lobby is closed and only the drive thru is open. One, let me repeat there is ONLY ONE person working the drive thru which has 4 open lanes and a walk up window. I have been waiting online for 25 minutes. This is ridiculous!

I have been with Arvest for many years , there are many reasons for that . Customer Service being the main one .Problems will arise regardless what industry you are in ,what determines a "good buisiness "or not is the way in wich those problems are delt with .Arvest seems to excell at fixing whatever comes up .The C.S.R's i have done buisiness with are just Amazing .Many times going out of thier way to make sure i have been taken care of or shown an easier way .I have several accounts both buisiness and personal , many loans and do transactions almost daily and i could not be more satisfied with thier level of commitment .I know we will do great buisiness for years to come.

When you come in As None member and you're asking questions about accounts. Enquiring about moving accounts to the institution. Then you asked the lady behind the counter if you could change out a $20 bill. And she says no we don't do that for non members but More than happy to go ask. So I stand there for a short period of time and she comes back and hands me my change from the tueni that she broke. And says have a nice day so she was mad at me because her manager told her she could change my one $20 bill 22 $10 bills.Sir next time don't say you cannot do something in then when I hold to it and say yes go talk to your manager &c don't be upset whenever the manager says yes.

SO GLAD WE CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT AT DEL CITY BANT AN MOVED IT TO FNB AFTER THE SEVERAL. RUDE AN OBNOXIOUS TELLERS AN NOT ONE KNOWING WHAT they are doing and still on lock down hum not fnb
