Avoid this location if you can. Teller number 63 deposited my $1,500 check that was supposed to be for rent/electric/bills incorrectly, and not into my account. I have never had this issue at any other location and didn’t realize this happened until I got home later and my rent got declined. I was in the drive thru at 4:45pm, and then drove home. Because I went at the end of the day, I didn’t get this sorted until the next day. They fixed the issue pretty quckly. Due to it being after the 4th, I was locked out of my rent portal, and had to beg my manager to let me off early so I could go get a cashier check in person and pay at the office (or else get an eviction). Luckily the Banc First that I normally go to was understanding and waived the fee.
But it didn’t stop there, my electric also got shut off cause I didn’t have the funds to pay it on time. This caused all of my food in the fridge to spoil (after I had just used all of my snap benefits during this government shutdown). My benefits are used up, and your careless mistake caused so much more stress and issues. Some of us have lost our jobs, still searching for better jobs, live paycheck to paycheck, and are barely scraping by. Do better. I’m out of a fridge full of food, an electric reconnection fee, and work hours (from a job that barely supports me) so I could avoid getting evicted. The manager was really nice and apologetic, but apologies don’t fix what your teller messed up.
