Rude and not helpfull. Would not even help me figure out why she could not sell me a sim card after a lost/stolen phone. I have insurance.The woman at the counter stated she was not in the customer service business. I can agree with her statement. Will be leaving cricket wireless for another carrier asap.

I had and continue to have a great relationship with cricket, especially with Amber. She has helped me feel great about my purchase of a new phone. I don't care for Brittany at all she caused me much grief . K truly wish that more company's looked out for their customers like cricket and especially Amber.

My husband got this line for my brother who is Challenged in life and is under our care and we went into the local cricket stores and ask if cricket had a way to track a phone they said no we were like really they were like yep you know Privacy act omg I guess if you want you family members to be safe then we have to buy him another phone as well as service provider? Is this true?

I experience was great @ cricket wireless on 44 & sunnylane, I was there on February 3, 2021, I purchase a new phone & Tae'veon help me a whole lot. He was very, very professional, He took the time out to explain several of the phones & cases that I was interesting in. Taeveon keep up the good work..I give him a 5 star ? ? ? ??Thank you, If you ever stop by the Cricket Wireless on 44 & sunnylane, Ask for Tae'veon?
