“Shout out to Lead Kim and Amber in the automotive department for going above and beyond. They are my heroes. Thank you so much for taking the time to check my tire for leaks after I found it flat two mornings in a row, being honest about it not having a leak and putting on my spare tire on despite my tire not having a leak making me feel more secure driving. You both need promotions and raises!”

“SouthSide Garage have been our mechanics for about 8 years now. They've taken care of three of our vehicles. We won't go anywhere else. From typical maintenance like oil changes to larger jobs like finding and installing retrofit parts for my previous (and obsolete) vehicle, they're our go to. Their skills are perfectly matched by their honesty, integrity, and amazing customer service. They always go above and beyond.”

“Had to find a place who would work on my hybrid. Although the issue ended up not being hybrid related they were able to look at 2 issues I had and diagnosed them within an hour or so of dropping off. The work felt priced well and they did great!”

“This shop ALWAYS goes above and beyond. I have been here with my family’s entire fleet of vehicles - one for brakes, all for oil changes, and today for my AC unit and a leaking water pump. Mo patiently waded through all my car warranty’s red tape today and got everything covered except my normal oil change. This is the place to come if your car needs maintenance. They are always helpful, fix things quick, and have the most reasonable prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“I've been coming to Super Quick on South Shields since they opened ...I don't always feel like changing my own. Brought in a lot of cars and pickups for Lube, Oil, Filter over the years - had them flush and change the rearend on my one ton Ford Camper once. Never a problem. Just checking them online to see if they can recharge the AC in my current old car because I couldn't remember if they do that ...they do -so I'll be going down for that soon too.”

“I'll make the two hour drive to come here from now on. It's incredibly difficult to get a good trust worthy mechanic these days who don't try to sell you everything under the moon or take forever to finish the job. The guys here are amazing, they did exactly what I asked and got me in and out with no issues or complications. My parents came here for years and they took good care of them and now I'll be making the drive for any car issues in the future. Kind customer service and technicians along with effective honest work, can't get much better than that. This needs to be your next long term mechanic, I highly recommend.”

“I came to this place to get my A/C fixed. I have tried many places and spent lots of $$$, but no one could figure out the problem. Every time it got fixed the problem would return after couple weeks. Guy fixed once and forever. From now on this is my place to go when I have any problem with my vehicle. Most recommended. Let him fix your car - you won’t regret.”
