“Janna was an unbelievably HUGE help in solving a problem for me today. I am in logistics and was desperate to find a pallet jack to move some freight from one truck to another. Janna said they didn't have the equipment, but that she might know someone who could tell us where to go. Janna went above and beyond and took time out of her day to call her friend and then call me back with another location where we could get that equipment. Janna is the best! #1 employee!”
“We are one of Carco’s smaller clients. We are a private carrier, but sometimes our trucks break down and we need rental trucks. Kayla is normally the lady I deal with. If she does not have trucks at her facility, she makes them seem to appear out of nowhere! She has a very outgoing and positive attitude, and her work ethic is unsurpassed! She’s on top of her duties and not afraid to get her hands dirty. We had a truck in for service and I came in the other day to check on the status of our truck, because we needed back pretty quick… she was out changing out batteries and whatever else was needed to help speed up the process! I have used other rental truck companies in the past, and I have not been more pleased than with Kayla and Carco! All I can say is keep up the great work and positive energy! I’ll keep coming back!”

“Them guys up there are fast and efficient. Very friendly and polite. Will get the job done. If you need work done on the truck, you can park your trailer and then move in another spot so they can get your truck when they get finished with the vehicle in front of you. If nobody around all you have to do is go to the kiosk and fill in information. And leave. They will call you with updates. And when it's ready.”
“So easy to do! Walk in, say what truck you want, pay & sign some stuff & off you go! They even let me leave my car behind so I did not need someone with me. I would call in reserve just to be sure they have the right size.Expect to spend $100 for gas, dolly, insurance, & rental.Returning: The truck can be Dropped off anytime through the app & the app is user-friendly.”

“My sisters used the U-haul truck from Muskogee to Talequah to load up their funiture to move to OKC. It was a Sunday and all of the U-haul places were closed. So they used the link and then dropped the ? in the return drop box. Locked the truck up and we left. It's definitely cheaper in OKC. Muskogee is higher to rent a truck or trailer but then gas is higher their too.”

“After dealing with uhaul online, uhaul via phone, uhaul via chat, uhaul at 129th E Ave & 31st (where I was delayed 5 hours and then drove to Tulsa to find that they still didnt have a truck for me , and uhaul was just a side business for them, a non existent return location in Midwest City OK. The only bright contacts were LaVon at N. Yale and Apache in Tulsa (very clean store & very helpful) and when I finally got to return the truck early to the uhaul across from Tinker AFB, where they were also very helpful and efficient.”
“I enjoyed driving this Penske truck for two days and pulling a trailer for 1269 miles with no problem. Scott f. made sure to provide a truck in good condition. He went to Norman to get the truck and I made it safely. The truck has a back up camera, lane assist, and cruise control, which is way better than U-haul trucks. A fill tank goes only 300. miles.”
“The manager is awesome, the staff was fast, courteous and knowledgeable. Rented a 26 foot truck moved xtra stuff into a 10x20. Truck & storage unit were clean. This was the Best moving experience I have ever had. Thank you UHaul?”

“The web site is misleading as far as getting the entire order filled. I understand the trailer is the main component, however dollies and blankets should be filled as well. Feedback when the reservation is confirmed for pickup should include everything requested.”

“1st month was good,, and then was supposed to get the 2nd month free, there was a big mix-up and on 3rd month which is free thanks to Josh and Angie ( manager) plus having 24hr access is really nice!”
