Teal drive you'll deliver mail supper late whenever your walking person feels like it.
Since I've moved here been later with my mail get something at a Norman date I now get it three four five six seven days later .
They walk with our mail even when it's about to start raining.
Beginning raining and rain falling they are on foot what's the point, with our mail getting wet!!
Why if my mail comes on the 1 st or 2nd do I get the 6th 7th 8th 9th what is Up with this explain to me. Messing with peoples money and making people late with bills is not okay.
Where is my money at why is it over a week and a half late in this side of town on this street tell me this.
Why do we wait till night time to get out mail.
Fix this now I will be record you'll delivering everyday as I have pick it up. A check distributed the first regardless of weekends should never take a extra week and a half period.
It won't be here anytime soon might as well jit have my mail delivered here period. Can't trust the carrier. Just the same as living in Moore.

Had went in to ship two different orders out and THEY sent both to the same place. Went back up there because I knew something was off they tried to make me seem like I was dumb or didn’t know what I was talking about when I clearly had the receipt they had previously given me showing the weight and how it was mailed to the wrong address and both receipts showed the same tracking number when I told her she said that isn’t possible??? So then why they get shipped to the same place?? Still somehow not their fault?? All the ladies do is gossip in the front and sit and finish up the conversation they are having before they help anyone else And 9/10 it is not work related. Do better this one happened to be where I was nearby but trust me it is not my first option because this is the second time that this has happened and with the same people upfront.

I’ve had two packages shipped from this location in the past month, both handled in person at the desk. Tracking information for both never updated. One package eventually arrived (confirmed by the recipient), but the other still shows no updates, and I have no idea if it was delivered.
In contrast, packages I shipped from a different USPS location updated tracking as expected. This clearly points to operational issues at the Del City office. USPS needs to investigate the staff and management at this location. This type of service is unacceptable and damages trust in USPS reliability.

I see all the complaints on here and not 1 response from anyone. Wow.... I have lived in the same house for 7 years, asked them to please stop sending other people's mail to my house numerous times and it hasn't stopped! We get mail for different people constantly and they never do anything about it!! I have written return to sender on them and they get left in there for weeks until I just give up! They never pick up mail even with a note written on the mailbox they don't follow instructions. It's ridiculous that all of our complaints are disregarded, nobody cares that's a real shame!!!!! We just have to deal with it and no one takes accountability.

Never thought I'd feel the need to leave a review for a post office. Nicolette who works here has the nastiest attitude I've ever seen from a post office worker. She obviously hates her job and is inconvenienced by people needing to come in and mail things.

Went in there this morning around 10 waiting in line. The lady finally came up there to see what we wanted she was hatefull with the lady and also with me she told me to come bk and when I did she was still rude never go back there again

The lady behind the counter was very rude just asked to pick up a package and she had a attitude about it if you don’t like your job find another one cause not everyone will let that slide, the amount of bad reviews she gets at this company i don’t know why they keep her

The young black lady is in violationof 665.16 Behavior and Personal Habits, Because she's dishonest about when to send packages. Not of good character.665.23 Discrimination, because she only comes across as helpful to people with a stronger character than hers.

Mail service does not pick up mail , doesn't matter what I do , I got the point where I would wait for him to walk by house and I would physically have to step in front of him to get him to stop and pick my mail up. Ofcourse he just looked at me in discust because I'm making him do his job. Rude
