There is nothing good I can say about this store. Every aisle has something from the shelves spilled onto the floor. The items on the shelves were in disarray. It looks as though a gang of 6 to 8 year olds ran up and down every aisle doing whatever they wanted. The employees walked by the mess and completely ignored it. There were plenty of employees standing around in groups, talking and laughing, but doing nothing else. When I needed to check out, there were only two checkout lanes open, out of 22 lanes. The self checkout was crowded and a mess. Sadly, that wasn't where the mess ended. As I walked out to my car to leave, I noticed there was trash all over the parking lot. Every single parking space had at least one piece of trash in it. Every. Single. Parking. Space. Whatever piece of trash that hadn't been run over and stuck down to the pavement was blowing across the lot and into the neighborhood across the street. Clearly Walmart doesn't care about anything or anyone, and only loves money. Why anyone would shop at this store, I don't know. I will never return here and I wish I hadn't stopped here on my way through.

Pick up SUCKS. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Management could have informed the HUGE amount of people waiting what was going on, "computer issue". Instead lines of cars around 2/3rds of the store for p/u orders. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible experience.

Well stocked store, but employees are not very friendly or knowledgeable about the merchandise that is carried or even if they stock certain items or not.

I understand that things get busy in a work day, but you can't tell me this had been cleaned in at least a few days. I had to use the restroom so bad that I would have drove somewhere if i could have made it to the car. :(

The costumer service is very slow. Multiple employees standing talking to one another while one employee has a line of eight people. I don't blame the workers as much as I blame poor management.

I know that this Walmart doesn't get rated highly but I was treated extremely well in the store. A gentleman in the electronics department by the name of Tim went above and beyond to find a printer for my husband who desperately needed one because he was flying out soon. with nothing in stock on the shelves he listen to my ramblings exasperation and not finding what I had searched for in several other stores. So he went in the back just to check and he searched for a very long time but he valiantly came out with a printer in his hands! Just the one that we needed! It was the perfect size to fit in his limited luggage space. The woman who checks the receipts on your way out of the store was very sweet and personable. She struck up a conversation with me and made sure that I was happy when I left!! So overall I've had a great experience at this Walmart.

The worst customer service experience I have been through. My wife and I were trying to get a baby monitor, unfortunately they were kept in a locked case. So I found a manager and asked for help. His response was, "I don't have keys to that case." (In a rude tone). He said he would go have some one page to get someone over there. 15mins later he came back and asked if anyone had shown up. We told him no one had. So he said he was going to walk up front to tell them to page some one. Another 15 mins later. No one showed up. He apparently had gone home for the day. And didn't get anyone over there. So I asked The Electronic department for help 2 heard them call over the intercom. Still no help after an additional 15 mins. So I went over to the fitting rooms. And asked them to get some help....No one showed up. After ten minutes. So I finally walked to the front of the store and asked for a manager to get someone with a key to help us. What should have only take 5 minutes from walk in to check out. Ended up taking an hour. Then, they finally got the monitor out of the case. And walked it up to the self checkout. And scanned it for me. Total disregard for Covid safety protocols. Walmart has absolutely no customer service skills at all. None of the employees are willing to help outside of their department. Every employee I encountered. Was on their phone or listening to music. Walmart doesn't even deserve the one star review. They deserve -10 Star.

Beware of lack of customer svc at the pick up area! I have been using Walmart pick up since the pandemic and having a newborn/small children so I heavily rely on the svc. Well today I came to pick up my things with my fiancé & had to tend to the baby while they were loading the trunk. I was still attending to the baby well after the finished. I had my baby up front nursing him. My fiancé came around to the passenger side to put the baby back in his car seat. Then we left. Jumped on the highway right across the street just to have to pull over bc the trunk was open. My fiancé closed it & we went home. I made the grocery transaction and realized once we got home things were missing. Went back to the store to get the items and realize they were scattered in the road near by. The manager said she reviewed the footage and claims the trunk was closed when we drove off so we could not get replacement items (ribeye steaks, wipes, pancakes). She (Kandie) said she saw my fiancé walk around the car as if he had something to do with it. Smh Walmart should have replaced my items bc we never went to the trunk. The associate is the only person who went back there & did not close the car properly. I have a 2017 Ford Escape & never had issues with the trunk. It was never closed properly from the associate but bc my fiancé walked around the car we cannot be reimbursed. Mind you while we were sitting with the baby after they'd loaded the car another associate came to the car to ask if we had a pick up. So if that were the case someone else walked around the car also.

I went in with just a small list of items to pick up. Of course, it's going to be hard to find a parking spot.. it's Walmart! First, there was no door greeter when we walked in and I had 2 pair of jeans to exchange (because my husband is picky and ONLY likes a certain type of Wrangler) so we went straight to customer service..it was nice to not have to wait in a line! They took the jeans quickly and we went shopping. It looked pretty clean inside. I had to fight myself past all those yellow clearance signs..my husband was with me so I had to be good. We couldn't find the olden Wrangler jeans my husband wanted (which they probably don't sell anymore) so he picked out some boot cut Rustler. Then off to get dress shoes for me, which I found almost the whole row bare. So many hooks and the few dress shoes they did have were mangled in a big mess. I found 1 in my size and thought they'd have to work but I wasn't too thrilled about the pointed toes and all the stud work. So okay, off to get my daughter a dress shirt then a few more items and we were ready to go. I hadn't seen any employees while shopping but saw a lot of them up front.. really, I wasn't paying too much attention. I did notice they have a Subway inside, nail salon, bank, ATM and game room. We decided to check out at customer service because as like most of the stores, there's only 2 registers open and they were filled with lines of people and self checkout was just as busy. Again, no line at the customer service desks. There were two ladies working and they were right onto the return, they seemed so happy to help. I had to pull out my wallet to retrieve the card I used to buy the first set of jeans and I believe I left my wallet there. Of course, this Walmart doesn't stay open for 24 hours, so I'll have to go back there tomorrow morning. I will also be bringing back the pointy dress shoes in my size that after trying on are too big. This store seemed stocked on everything else, besides all the shoes.

So. Walmart. I rarely check into one. Much less review one. My bank is likely to call and ask if I am ok. However, I have found that in the South and Mod-West Walmart seems to actually be nicer then Home or actually anywhere else. When we visit for the WCWS, this is our walmart. We go in on day one, pick up snacks for the week, and things we now realize we forgot at home or replace what TSA person snatched from us (orrrrrrr get another piece of luggage as we bought to many suvinours) This location is great. Customer Service is Alwys great. The greeter smiles and makes eye contact when we come in. If I need help finding something, an employee will walk me to it! At another walmart, I have had employees say, "please don't ask me anything I have no idea and it would be embarrassing to both of us". Like literally they have said that. Not at this walmart! I also dig the loss prevention. Scan my receipt. Then scan any item in the cart. Green, good to go. Oh and he will totally check the inside of all the containers. I like that, I know it keeps prices doe . The produce selection- Great! The dairy selection- spot in what I need. The necessary junk food - Check!! The oh no I forgot it beauty aisles - check check check The soft drinks - 1/2 a check (they don't have my pals favorite soda, but 3/4 of the country doesn't) Customer Service - 5 stars Parking lot - use caution... lots of distracted drivers... Over all, when in Rome (or OK), do as the Oakies.

This part of Town is a complete Joke. Any Store I have bought their Pre-Made deli sandwiches, they come with mayo and mustard packets, well Wal-Mart apparently does not, you get a Dry Ass sandwich and no Condiment Rack for the deli Items, something other stores I've shopped at Have. I'm on the Road until Friday and on a Limited allowance for Food. I'm very Disappointed in this $5.00- 6 inch Nothing Sub, that is my meal for the whole day. Thanks you Cheap Lousy Thieves. You make Millions Every Year, how about providing a Decent Product for people..... two thumbs down I should of took my crippled ass to a drive through for a $5.00 box at many fast food places...

I usually don't write reviews on Walmart because if you have been to one you have experienced them all. I had to write about the greeter at this location. Usually my experience with the Walmart greeters is not positive because they never acknowledge you when you enter, and when you leave without a bag because you bought something quick, they treat you like you stole something and want to see a receipt. The greater at this Walmart was extremely friendly. He welcomed us and asked how we were doing. I was thrown off guard because this was the first I have experienced a door greater at Walmart be this nice and caring about customers. Walmart has a keeper at this location. If I lived in Oklahoma, I would drive any distance just to be greeted like this. Walmart has an excellent employee who cares about his customers. I had to take time to write about my recent experience at this location. I just wish I had gotten his name to put all over this review. Keep up the great work!!!
