Roaches, dirty floors and rude staff on the hotel side. Don’t bring your dog unless you want to pay $50 for he/she to hike to a field of weeds. “Amanda”is unsympathetic (the supervisor). NO personal skills at all. I wouldn’t recommend the FREE room much less pay for one.

This is the closest casino to me. After going a few times it became very evident they are extremely short-staffed, lack customer service, and seem to make up crazy rules as they go. Multiple times the cashier had been closed during peak hours so you cannot cash out your chips. I renewed my ID and received a temporary paper ID. I get to the casino and my players card no longer works and they tell me they do not accept state issued paper IDs and if I won a jackpot they would not pay it to me. It made absolutely no sense. So I cannot go back until my ID comes ( if I want to win at least) and I am not sure I want to with all of the random issues that come up here. Luckily there are other casinos around.
Noteworthy details: The supervisors at the card tables are extremely friendly and most of the dealers are also very nice and open to showing new players how to play. Once you step out of this area though it is definitely a toss up on how you will be treated.

The main problem with the casino is the lack of electronic table games. The place used to have an electronic roulette table but that was removed months ago. There are no video poker machines anywhere in the casino. There are no electronic blackjack tables. The other main casinos in Devol do have a more traditional variety of games. (I cannot comment on the hotel as I have not stayed there.)

I just read about how they treated a badly burt kitten. (Killed it.) And, they did not once apologize for their treatment of said kitten. Or make any other comments. If that is how they treat a defenseless animal..I sure as hell will not step foot in there!!

Motel and rooms were good.
Restraunt took over sn hour to get our food. We will not go back. Waitresses were nice.

The management through a severely hurt kitten in the ditch and we couldn't find out what they did to it but these people are heartless won't be back

Ate at the restaurant it was great food at a reasonable price The noise was low compared to the casino floor but still audible,

I can best describe this casino as "gritty". The hotel is nice, but the floor itself has a lot of questionable people. Being a Platinum member doesn't give me any extra benefits. No food discounts, no freeplay, nothing special except my card status reminds me how much money I've lost here. Haven't hit anything significant in several months. I used to be able to hit $400 off 1 spin. Not anymore. Quick eats are good but slow and the restaurant is hit and miss for both food quality and customer service. Management needs to implement more policies addressing customer service and evaluating their rewards system.
