My husband and I didn't realize that after you have all the new fiber optics in the ground that you still have to call in and request them be hooked up in your house. After learning this I called in and within a couple of days Daryl and Eric showed up and within just a short time had us going on the fiber optics internet. They were very efficient, worked well together and we are now not being kicked off the internet all the time or it being really slow. Glad we changed!

Fiber optic should be better .My internet goes off and on at night causing my alarm system to wake me up with no internet. Then this morning I’m on my computor and get kicked off because internet is down.This happens frequently.when I call to talk to a person It always puts me on hold and then they have to call me because there to busy to talk.

Drummond officeThe lady is very efficientWish I could get hold of her when called the drummond office number, but know I have to talk to Kingfisher. Not the way it should be!!!!

I put a deposit down on Thursday the 26th and still have not received a call to set up my wifi, went to the local office and was given a number to call and was told it would be at least Thursday the 3rd, idk why it takes a week to get an appointment, my direct TV was here within 48 hrs and as much as I didn't like Suddenlink they set me up within 48 hrs also, it's a ridiculously long time to wait for an appointment. The lady at the local office was very helpful although she couldn't do anything to get my appointment any sooner..
