We should all take our personal identity seriously and by requiring customers to have their ID scanned instead of simply checking it you have definitely lost a daily customer... You do not need to store my personal data in order for me to buy a lottery ticket. I and hopefully others do not trust a gas stations with that information.

Nicest folk. Let us park our motorhome in the lot overnight so we could get sleep. Bought food and diesel. Highly recommended for travelers and truckers.

Be prepared to wait 30 mins for the gas to pump on 91. They are the slowest pumps I’ve ever seen

I always come here, they are not reliable with preparation of food, always outside smoking and no food is ready, also had bad experience before when I come in for sandwich, the guy told me I have to wait, because he has many pizza orders, he was annoyed I was there, you need to fire the managers and find someone that can manage their employees

This specific store charged me $3 for an ice water refill.
I had a half Gallon Water jug. They also charge me less for my large coffee than the refill.
And the clerk I was dealing with was a smart ass.

So out of 4 people working here only one was doing her job checking people out. The other 3 stood there watching with a full lobby and line to the back of the store. The other 3 should be fired an not being paid to do nothing. ?

Ember and Maryelle? Sorry I forgot already. But I just left with pizza and cookies. They were extremely busy! They were so sweet and kind. The best customer service. Weren’t overwhelmed. Kind to EVERYONE! I was like 5 th in line and like 10 or so people still coming after me. I appreciate their time and patience with me and everyone. ?

Store open? Store closed? Gas pumps closed? Gas pump computer not working? Gas pump working? You absolutely never know. Gas pump working but computer wasn’t. Had to go inside to pay. I was met by the most rude old lady with long gray hair. Apparently I inconvenienced her because she had to come take my money. When she asked me if I was a Casey’s reward member, I said yes. She literally rolled her eyes and waved her hand for my phone number. But never asked for my number. Wow. I really don’t know how they stay in business. I get gas here almost everyday due to my job. I’ve been getting gas in Tulsa because they are so unreliable. Today, I thought I would give it another try. Today is my last day using Casey’s of Drumright. Too many other reliable stations with kind employees.
