Horrible place with horrible people. They will essentially stalk and harass you. To the point they'll make everyone in your house uncomfortable. They've woken up children and babies coming over around 7AM in the morning. Id give zero stars and if I could, negative stars. You're better off saving up and getting actual high quality items

this is the fourth time they’ve come to my house looking for someone i’ve told no longer lives here because clearly i do. i’m not even from around here and don’t know who the person is. this is the second time in just ONE week. they really need to update their records.. it’s getting really annoying repeating to them every other day.

0 out of 10 recommend. (Wouldn't let me leave 'no stars') They don't want to do their jobs. They just give you the run around over and over. I have 1.5 payments left and my washer stopped working. We moved out of Duncan, which when I called to discuss that before we ever moved, they insured me it wouldn't be an issue and if I had any problems they would get me someone from a different location to fix it. My washer went out Wednesday and they gave me the run around all week and after the guy I had been talking to said he would transfer my acct to the closest Aarons near me on Friday, he did not. So I call Saturday and he says he'll call the office and get me transferred so they can send someone to fix my washer, you guessed it He did not AGAIN. Now it's Sunday and they're closed. I'm a family of 5 with small children and being without a washer this long is stressful to say the least. Very dissatisfied. Will never do business with them again.

When I first signed up they set me up for automatic payments even though I didn’t approve it. I called and had them fix it. Then, If you are late on your payment, they are very rude. They will show up to your house at all hours of the night, even had someone show up as late 8PM. One time they showed up and shared with a visitor (who informed them I was busy dealing with my dads funeral) and told them I was late on my payment. They will also contact your work, not during the day but at night. Almost everytime I have called to talk with them they are rude and disrespectful. I understand being late on my payment is my fault but having a little grace, understanding, and respect would be appreciated.

Started a new job within my company to better my career and moved to a brand new to me town, I needed everything you could imagine from a couch to a bed etc! The General manager hooked me up, walked with me to find what I needed. Now we wait for delivery of my bed, dresser, end tables couch and loveseat Wednesday. Happy with the staff a great helpful attitude goes a long way!
