I had to litteraly take the paperwork from tricare so they could fulfill my CPAP ORDER even after taking them the complete paperwork they said their were missing papers they suck go elsewhere if you need any medical supply don’t use this place they don’t know what they’re doing

Gravely dysfunctional! Like the entire Duncan Regional Hospital family! Simply could not fulfill order. Told to call Doctor back and have them send order to Lawton!

Horrible customer service. My husbands Nova, Zoom rolling walker is too wide to go through our bathroom door. We just got it on June 6th. They said are all that wide. That is not not true. The tags are still on this new walker. They will not help us get a narrow one. My husband has cancer and we need a narrow one.
