Horrible customer service. My husbands Nova, Zoom rolling walker is too wide to go through our bathroom door. We just got it on June 6th. They said are all that wide. That is not not true. The tags are still on this new walker. They will not help us get a narrow one. My husband has cancer and we need a narrow one.

This supply company hasnt helped me yet, even though my doctor has already made the request for a hospital bed, they still havn't helped me. Also, the wheel chair the the goverment paid for was a nice leather one and fit my body. A few day's before my year was up, they came and took the leather one and dumped this canvas one off on me and took the nice one. This canvas one has armrest that are way to high and are extremely uncomfortable. I should have a hospital bed but I'm still in waiting. Im an amputee and have chronic arthritis in my neck, back and leg. It is very difficult to get in and out of bed. I dont like to give negative reveiws but I have been waiting patiently for a year and still nothing. I have called and left message's but they dont return my calls.I'm not to impressed with them so far. Hopefully soon, God willing!

Called to get procedure code for something they should know. Person on phone said they don't do that, it's the guy that does. So the office people don't do billing? The "guy" who runs all over town does everything? Then why is there an office?

I bought a c-pap and have tried to call several times and never get anyone. I have even sent emails with no returns. Now I have received a bill for the C-pap that I have already paid for once. Terrible service

I have dealt with this sham of a medical company for 13 years, since then they have repeatedly lied to me, not returned calls, charged me when they shouldn’t have and not charged me when they should have then surprised me with bills !! I strongly advise anyone to use literary anyone else than this company!!!

What's there problem! I've called twice today and they never answered the phone either time. All I had was a question and I wanted an answer before driving to Duncan from Comanche. There service has really dropped from 5 years ago.

I will give two stars for service because they did give me the opportunity to bring in paper work to get a refund at a later date. However, it does concern me that they couldn't or wouldn't look for my paper work on their system that was less than 24 hours old to help get me a refund! Shame on me for forgetting my paper work during an EXTREMELY stressful time in my life and not living just 5 minutes away. Hopefully they will do the right thing and donate a brand new bedside commode to a family that is in need and not resale an item twice to raise their profit margins that are already inflated from what I can tell.UPDATE: I have updated my previous post and given a better rating. They did come thru with a refund when i came back in with paper work. They were very nice and respectful as always and my experience was a positive one.

I have had good service at Advanced for 10 years. If you don't like it, just keep complaining and start driving to Lawton. You have a lot better chance of getting shot over there.

Best medical supply place ever. The employees are so kind and loving and make you feel loved and make you fit in. They do their job very well and put up with some very weird people. I love them and I will for sure keep using their company.

I switched company's because advanced medical in Duncan Oklahoma refused to deliver my oxygen until I threatened to turn them on to Medicare and Oklahoma health authority. It took 3 phone calls of me explaining I am homebound. I would not suggest this company to anyone.
