When you talk to someone on the phone for assistance, it seems like they don’t know what they are talking about. They also have very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I deposited a check yesterday and sent in my debit card and told them to put it in my checking. After waiting forever, I just took the receipt and card back without looking at it. Today I checked my account and there was no deposit recorded. I look at the receipt and the last four on the receipt is no where near my account number. I called customer service and although the woman tried to help, I was informed that it would take 24-48 hours for them to investigate my “dispute” and for the deposit to be credited to my account. First of all, it’s not a dispute. It was negligence by your drive thru teller not putting the money into the correct account. Secondly, it’s not my fault that your employee’s incompetence resulted in the money not being placed in my account and I shouldn’t be penalized by their mistake. Yet here I am. I’m sure someone is enjoying the extra money in their account! Save your receipts and check them every time you get them back. Nobody else is checking their work and they don’t care. Also, they do not have a branch manager on duty or available on a Saturday.I can’t recommend Arvest Bank anymore. Too much incompetence. Go elsewhere.

Dont bank with them If you plan on writing a check for 100 dollars or more for personal uses. because if the person you give the check to doesn't have an account with them and trys cashing there they get charged. So essentially you have to go in and pay them just to do there job if you dont bank there.

Excellent customer service. The drive through is always quick. Craig and Lisa are amazing to deal with and respond to my emails extremely fast. Definitely the only bank I'd recommend.

I get tired of waiting, whether I am the only one in the drive up or the only one inside. Last week I walked in and there were 4 women inside, one finished up with a client right away and I stood there looking at all of them for 5 mins and none ever looked at me. REDICULOUS! Terrible customer service thru automated telephone. I made a cash deposit , next day didn't show up.. during my busy day I have to spend a half hour fixing their error....looking for a more personable bank.
