“It's a bank with employees that barely tolerate customers yeah I'm not speaking about all the employees just everyone I've ever dealt with it's like I'm inconveniencing them when I show up there... It's like I'm interrupting their social hour or something you know what would fix the problem if banks actually treated their employees as human beings paid them good enough to where they actually want to show up and work that would probably fix a lot of the problem...”

“I drove through another bank's drive thru because I simply wanted to exchange different dimensions of bills but because I wasn't a member of their bank, they refused. I drove through Arvest Drive Thru bank off of Main St. and I the teller was very kind and I had no problems. We do not have accounts with a local bank and have often considered whether we should or not. If I decide to open an account, Arvest Bank will definitely be my first choice.”

“I would like to take a moment to HIGHLY commend the North Duncan branch and especially Matt and Rosa for their quick and reassuring help in an identity theft and fraudulent account activity situation yesterday.
My daughters account had been compromised and they quickly helped us understand things to listen for in a fraudulent conversation or activity, and began the resolution process immediately. They also gave us great advice in how to reduce the chances of it happening again.
