Had the absolute pleasure of working with a young lady named Rosa to handle a couple relatively minor but annoying issues with my truck. She made it painless and intimidation free while she guided us through the process with seemingly none of the pressure I was feeling. Excellent experience, my wife is thrilled and isn't scared of going to the dealership anymore!The manager Katie was flying around but was attentive and thorough with both customers and her staff.

My experience with merit auto has been good Wiley has always been good to me and my family and the company has tried to take care of us like family bc that’s how they try to treat their customers is like family their moto is treat a person just like a person and they’ll come see you every once in awhile but treat them like family and they’ll come see ya like family because family is always needing something lol .

The dealership will not honor free lifetime all changes anymore. That should be a breach of contract through the dealership. Why is that not illegal?

I spent a lot of hours checking out Jeeps. My last stop was Merit Auto in Duncan. Wiley was amazing! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and made it an awesome experience. He was professional but by the time I was finished, we were family! I have recommended Merit to all my friends and family!

Our experience with Merit in Duncan was superb. The sales staff presented us with several options to consider in making a vehicle purchase, without pressuring us for a decision. Wiley Balthrop was most helpful in presenting us with some SUV's to consider and once the purchase was finalized , Wiley made himself available to answer any questions, and to explain and demonstrate how certain features worked . He also followed up with a phone call several days later to see if we needed further assistance. All in all , a very professional and pleasant experience.

The female service adviser is horrible at her job do to her lack of understanding how vehicles and parts work. Someone in her position should have basic knowledge of cars and trucks. She was friendly just of zero use which led to me canceling my appointment. If the service advisor is like that I can only imagine how the mechanics are

Made an appointment for a written estimate for repairs . Rear-ended. Was told to bring the estimate from our insurance, we did. Then told he wouldn't do a written estimate. So why make the appointment? Guy was chewing gum and being rude. I said I wanted a written estimate he said no. Waste of time and gas.

Purchased a brand new Tahoe here in March of 2022 and in December of 2022 with low miles the engine failed.(6.2 motor) It’s all under warranty, of course. I called and they suggested taking to a closer dealer. I did that and now this dealer wants to rebuild the motor since there are not any available for a year plus. I asked if they could help with a rental when this happened and was told no from merit. The repairing dealer was much more helpful and got me into a rental while repairs are being made. A rebuilt motor will effect the value of this vehicle, so I have been forced to seek my own legal guidance since this dealer isn’t willing to make this right. I’m sure if it were them personally they wouldn’t accept a rebuilt motor on their brand new vehicle. This is a major malfunction. Sales manager isn’t willing to help, so i would not buy from this dealership again. The dealer i took the vehicle to for repairs has been much more helpful.

Excellent service! We were on our way out of town and we notice about an hour into our drive something just wasn’t right with our vehicle so we stopped at the closest Chevy dealership here and without hesitation they helped us right away even though every vehicle bay was full. A tech hoped right in to see what was going on. Turns out luckily it’s just an alignment that is needed. They also have an awesome waiting lounge! Highly recommend!

Nicole and Trevor were awesome salesman very helpful is a great experience and I will buy another car from either one of them. We bought my wife’s car with Trevor in my pick up with Nicole. Very awesome experience and very much appreciated.
