The aisles are small but the customers were understanding of the situation and courteous with each other which made it a pleasant experience shopping here.”

“Stopped by a week ago as my family and I were traveling through Oklahoma on vacation. Purchased two pair of bison leather boots. One for myself and one for a friend. I gave him his boots today. He texted me a picture and I had two different colors ha ha. Contacted the store and Maggie made the switch extremely easy. Cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people as far as quality, price and customer service”

“Recently visited the Duncan OK Bealls on 2/19/25 looking for a special event outfit. Having to start from scratch & not really knowing what to look for I was already dreading this task. One of the store clerks was very helpful & continued to check on my outfit progress as well as exchanging sizes when needed. Its been years since I needed a special outfit & even longer since having such nice helpful service when shopping for ladies apparel.
