Overall experience, mehhhh it was...OK I guess. Irritating that over the phone my husband was told everything was worked out and set up just needed for me to go into the store and grab a phone. Wellll of course once there they had absolutely no idea as to what was going on or had prepared and set up anything. Long story short, love my new VERIZON phone

The service I received was amazing great employees all of them but they had to wait so long for someone else to do their job so that they could finish with me .... These guys would've had me in and out quickly if they wouldn't have had to wait for someone through a computer to approve my account please improve the response time for them so they can do their job easier and faster
