Sell items they dont have in stock. Very frustrating. Dont answer phone so have to message to find out what is going on days later only to receive a response it is out of stock for months and they can hold my payment and send it when its available. NO THANK YOU!!

Lots of things to look at! Very cute, clean, organized store! Extremely sweet staff! They shipped to me when I was living in Hawaii and it was always packed very well and arrived quickly! Now, that I'm within driving distance, I love popping into their store!

Placed a order for a item that showed 2 in inventory. I called 2 days later asking for a ship date and was told the item was in back order however The item is no longer in production and was retired 2022 from Jelly Cat . I told them it showed 2 in stock the customer service rep promised to check it out and return my call and email me. 2 days later nothing no return call no email. Today I called 5 times left a voice mail 3 times with a promise the rep would return my call still no return call,I called the 6th time and got a live person told them I wanted to cancel my order she stated that it was cancelled and I would get a email confirmation stating cancelled and still no email and still showing on my credit card!! Do not trust this company

I received a water candle for Christmas and it doesn't work. Trying to contact customer service or store or anyone for almost 2 weeks and no answer. Left messages and sent emails to no avail. Very frustrating

I tried to purchase something online. It was backordered and then canceled. They were non-responsive to my emails when I tried to come to a resolution/figure out what was going on.

I ordered in pick 2 christmasmas tree small bowls. I got instead 2 large ones not in christmas tree shape. Horrible to show pic of what was inside pack and it was different. Should have been 2 sets of two small not 2 large no tree shaoe

Horrible customer service. An item arrived damaged. Sent them pictures that same day. they were supposed to send me a shipping label to return item and either replace or issue refund. Instead they ghosted me. 4 emails have gone unanswered. Afraid the item will get get broken/more damaged and want to ship it back. Nobody will respond. Finally got disgusted and disputed the damaged item with American Express. Horrible customer service. My order was over $1400 and even then they do not have the courtesy to respond. Buyer beware, awful company, awful or rather non-existent customer service. I would give no stars if possible.

This company is fraudulent and should be investigated. They are sending out damaged items intentionally. The items are damaged when packed. Then, they refuse to refund your money and hassle you to return the damaged item. This is after you have sent them photographic evidence clearly showing that the item WAS PACKED AND SHIPPED damaged. With all of the other complaints, I am surprised nothing has been done about this yet, i.e., class action suit, attorney general investigation, better business bureau.

I was so happy to find replacements for my Brighton "Love Daisy" reading glasses!!! Not a lot of places carry Brighton. Shipment was very prompt.

Can not get anyone to call me back or email me concerning a return or exchange...3 weeks I have been reaching out. Would give them 0 stars but doesn't let me. Poor, poor customer service when the product was damaged!!!

I ordered steiff bear dec 5th. After 10 days of silence and numerous attempts to contact the seller, they finally responded to expect the shipping from you around 12/21. I waited till 12/22 with no results. On 12/23, 12/26 and 12/29 I have asked them to update the status. No response to any of my requests. By that time the bear was shown out of stock on steiff USA website. My wife was literally crying and she kept blaming me for trying to save $ and leaving her without the bear. Our marriage was on the brick of dissolution. That is what this transaction caused me. I got her something else instead but she dismissed that present as irrelevant

Who is making sure orders are getting shipped? I’ve been waiting for items since early Oct. At this point it feels deceptive to order off website and see items are in stock but find out after they have your money it’s on back order. After doing some research seems like this is an ongoing issue. Get it together and ship our stuff!
