Not too bad.. it took about an hour and 45 minutes to unload.. not a big fan of everybody going up to the shipping office window at 6:50 am . Stood in line for almost half an hour.. also had to stand in line trying to get paperwork when unloaded..

I checked in a half hour before appointment got a door right away sat there and waited. lumper fee was $601 which is ridiculous. Other than that it was no better or worse than any other place

Had a live floor unload. They were pretty quick. Also, I think they have a 2-hour window for those that are late.
