Needed the brakes fixed on our car. Called and got an appointment. When I showed up to drop my car off, I was told they wouldn’t be fixing my brakes even though I had a standing appointment because they didn’t have enough people. The guy was nice about it, and I understand being short staffed, but a phone call would have been nice before I wasted my time coming in.

Don't trust the website!!! It's falsely advertising a $29.99 oil change. I went in for said oil change and air filters expecting to be charged a reasonable price. However I was charged $229!!! I was charged for a vehicle inspection that I did not ask for and the oil they used was $92. I drive a Kia soul that only has 29 thousand miles on it so there is no reason for it to have been so expensive.

The work was done fairly quickly.However, I was treated very poorly by the store manager, Phillip.I'm not sure why but he was extremely rude to me.Completely professional with other customers.He cut me off, walked away while I was talking, and blatantly ignored me at one point. When I asked questions I got curt replies(if he answered).I bought 4 tires, needed to order 2 more but couldn't even do that because he was so rude.I purchased road hazard protection that I will never use.I wont return to be treated that poorly again.My husband was so appalled by what I told him, that he called the store himself.Phillip did reach out to offer an apology per my husband's request and informed me that my tax exempt request had indeed been approved and I could come back to be reimbursed ( I live half an hour away) I won't even go back for that. I was shocked to find out that he is the store manager. I hope this isn't the example he is setting for the other employees. So disappointed, Emily Taylor

I drove in with a truck that had a leak. They pulled the tire, patched from the inside and I was in/out within about 45m even though I was a walk-in. NO issues.

Went to Firestone Complete Auto Center to have a tire repair. Had to wait but not long. All personal their are polite,kind and willing to help anyway they can. Repair my tire and it was free of cost. If you tire repaired or replace that's the place to go.

I will never use these bozos again! I went in there for brakes and they quoted me over $700.00 for just front brakes! Then when I told them that they were trying to rip me off they went down to $529.10 which shows you they want to steal all they can from you. I also needed a lug nut bolt which cost $2.00 and he said it would be $80.00 when I told him I knew how much they cost he said the more you buy the cheaper they get. How stupid do they think we are! If it wasn't for the credit card they would go out of business. They also have over there service door that honesty is the fundamental of business. They need to be shut down!!!!
