So I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and Valentines. Never got delivered. Will never do business with this flower shop again. Really upset as I spent 100.00 and my wife got nothing from them. Very disappointed.

I needed flowers at the very last minute this week, and not just small flowers, a sympathy basket for a memorial service. Mrs. Jacklyn Wagner made all my worries and stress absolutely disappear. From the order being placed to the arrangement being beyond gorgeous and delivered just a few hours later, everything about doing business with her and the shop was AMAZING!!! I’d give it more stars if I could. Definitely won’t take my business anywhere else! And you shouldn’t either! Thank you again Mrs. Jacklyn!

Beautiful flowers. Reasonable pricing and easy to work with. Something happen with the availability of carnations and they went above and beyond in providing outstanding and beautiful flowers nicer than what we even ordered.

Beyond disappointed. I thought because it was a smaller local florist their arrangements would actually look like the pictures on their website but I was so mistaken. Sent my best friend flowers because she's grieving a loss, picked out a beautiful arrangement of white lilies and roses that had beautiful blue flowers scattered all throughout it and the word "blue" was even in the name of the arrangement. She sent me a photo of the flowers to thank me and I was heartbroken. To be fair, they weren't ugly... but clearly NOT as advertised. I appreciate them reaching out to resolve my issue, it says a lot about their business & I respect that. I just wanted to give future customers a heads up to contact the store directly when placing an order to ensure they're getting exactly what they want.

I called in to order flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day and it’s the first time I ever order flowers. They made it a very easy process and the assortment of flowers that got delivered was perfect and just in time for Mother’s Day

Very disappointed with the arrangement I ordered for my daughter for her graduation. What was received was nowhere close to even looking like it was worth the Standard package and I ordered the Premium package.

I ordered a arraignment of flowers for my father's funeral. What was delivered to the funeral home was so disappointing. The whole thing was lacking in color mostly off white flowers. I asked for purples and yellows. I was told there would be roses in it. Not a single rose was used or even carnations. It was just a bunch of filler flowers and greenery. So sad that this is the only floral shop in Duncan now. They also do not honor the prices that are listed on their website. When I need flowers in the future I will not be using them.

Ordered two business days and six days before service, $10 delivery fee for a 300ft delivery and the day of the service was left a voicemail explaining that they had no more flowers and was swapped for a green plant no flower arrangement for same price, the voicemail did not arrive within enough time to order from another business, overall poor service and responses.
