Was at the Goodwill in Duncan 12.1.24. I purchased some items didn't get a receipt kinda thought it was high in price. Was told they didn't have bags did I want a box. I had about 5 clothing items. I said no thanks I'll just carry them out to my car. This was about 5pm. I waited in my car for my friend whom was shopping. She came out with her clothes bagged up. She didn't pay as much either but she did have a receipt. So.... We hardly go there. I would have liked a bag. Challenged people are usually nicer. A lot has changed this last year at this Goodwill. I used to shop there a lot.

Great friendly and helpful staff. Prices keep going up on items to the point I can only justify purchasing items that are on sale. One star review for the pricing... staff are 5 star!

Most of the clothes were very stained or torn up.Or were overpriced.However the prices were good on the wallets and purses.The staff is very nice.

this community needs this now more than ever.. tough times ahead and they do give back. Delightful and friendly staff always willing to help with a smile.. some of the best people I've encountered in Oklahoma are employed here. support and contributions are well deserved ?

I'm guessing by the 5 star reviews y'all work there or have your friends/family write fake reviews for this place. I'm a recent transplant to the area and I can say with an HONEST, OPEN opinion this place is garbage. Friendly cashiers. Prices too high for stained and matted fur pillows, tons of empty shelves while others are piled high with junk, and stuff strewn about. It's a clusterf***. But hey you do you Goodwill.
