This place is a joke. The owner has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in any business. Instead of helping customers, he talks down to people like he’s doing them a favor. Zero respect, zero professionalism. If you care about being treated right, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other rental companies out there that actually appreciate their customers. I’ll never be back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time here.

We went back and forth for about a week trying to finance a tractor. Once we decided on a tractor and a price we started the financing. We had the credit a cosigner and the accountable income but Kubota still wanted us to show $68,000 in a bank to get the financing. So 0% down and 0% interest is irrelevant unless you have $68,000 in the bank I guess. Will definitely be checking out PK equipment once we recover from the hard inquiries on our credit.

Everything was great after I took my tractor in for winter service, had them add a new battery. Have to jump-start it. Called and they said we'll just change out the battery. Reason for low review is because when I took the "NEW" battery out, I still had my original battery. I've been charged for a new battery and labor.

I went to them the salesman told me they did not have the tractor i wanted they did sale me on a smaller size saving me money but the implements I wanted had to be ordered they promised me a bucket level and wheel ballast i never got either I also did not get a walk around of the tractor so all said and done i got a tractor smaller then what i wanted but not by much the problem I have is I was promised the extras I did not get my fault for taking a hand shake now i have emailed them three times to get a price quoit for a very over priced attachment I have got no return emails I am worried I have to take my tractor there for service because nobody there can do there job
