Just to edit in response to the responder on this review: I understand that the 90 day rule by my insurance cannot be changed by you. That was NOT my concern. I requested the prescriptions to be switched to cash pricing for 30 days, and instead of using insurance, I stated I would like to use the R&S savings card as I have done many many times in the past. THAT is when I was denied the switch by the employee. I understand the medication was pre-packaged, however , I can confirm nobody ever reached out to me to confirm I still wanted that packaging, nor did he tell me that they could do what I requested with a repackaging fee. I would have gladly paid that repackaging fee, had I been given that option.
Normally, I have a great experience with this pharmacy. They're usually so kind and helpful. Today was different, unfortunately. I called regarding my husband's prescriptions, and found out his insurance would only pay for them in 3 month quantities so that is what the pharmacy had filled. Sadly, money is very very tight for us.. and I asked for it to be switched to a one month supply and to use their store savings card instead. They've always done this in the previous months and never had a problem with this before. Today, I was met with a lot of sighs and "well that would be a lot of work for us, we aren't going to do that". Not only am I heartbroken at the lack of empathy, but I also am not going to be able to get my husband's very very necessary prescriptions to manage his diabetes and very high cholesterol.

This store is wonderful. They are friendly in the store, on the phone and the delivery guys are friendly also. I'll take R&S#3 over Walgreens and Walmart anyday.

Best pharmacy in Duncan OK. The people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The service is always great too. They are a compounding pharmacy as well, which is really nice.

For 20 years I used R & S #3 and loved and appreciated every employee and great service they give. For the last 3 years we were forced by Medicare/Aetna to use CVS. CVS is horrible, no customer service, different pharmacist every time you go, when you call you get a mile long monologue and never a person. Come January 1, 2023, we get to return to R & S and we can’t wait!!

23 pages to fill out online then can’t submit it. What a joke to get a vaccine booster. Probably against the vaccine and trying to make it impossible to obtain. Stay away be warned service is terrible. A lot better places in Duncan for your drugstore needs.

This place needs to educate their pharmacist. Pharmacist wants to tell my spouse they can't fill a prescription for their medication because the store got in trouble by the FDA for just filling one prescription. Well, the FDA does not control that. The DEA and OBN does that. So if the pharmacist wants to not fill prescriptions, please tell them to just say that and not make up an easily verifiable lie.

I needed specific pharmaceuticals, and had no prescription. This pharmacy substituted their great over the counter meds, and delivered upon my request. Their help saved me unnecessary doctor visitsPlease R&S, we need over the counter, and emergency inhalers, so that we can stay out of the waiting rooms.Tap my name above for more reviews.

Was traveling through Duncan to visit family and had to go to an urgent care to get checked out. Meds were called into the pharmacy here. Being that I am a vet, the pharmacist had to jump through hoops to get the VA on board to pay for the prescription. She went up and beyond in her duties to take care of me. So thankful!

Thank you for requiring masks throughout this ordeal. Since I was hospitalized with a PE I have been somewhat short of breath. I really must avoid being infected. Thank you for recognizing the seriousness of this preventative measure.
