Service mechanic who came out today to fix my brake lines was respectful, answered my questions without making me feel dumb. Nice enough people, though after spending over a grand and being without my vehicle for three weeks I finally had to fix the issue myself after watching Youtube and buying a 15$ part.

Broke down near on the highway with an 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, wife, 2 dogs (anti-social ones) and a 20ft trailer in tow... These gentlemen were able to quickly identify what was wrong, and worked with me to get everyone and everything towed home for me. (Fyi, mobile mechanic diagnostics now verified. Culprit identified as a small 8mm wrench presumably left in the engine compartment by a previous owner!)

Justin and Billy and everyone at this shop went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded due to a d*** mistake on my part.I am very grateful for their kindness and customer service.
