Do not recommend. The total I paid wasn't worth the service but I paid bc I didn't want to give it too much energy. I just want to spread awareness though, the sanitary standard here is questionable. I did not see new nail files being used and this lady wanted to use a USED PUMICE on my feet! I had to tell her no, she needed to get a new one. Regretful experience I would not go back.

Waited 30+ minutes for a woman to completely butcher the shape of my natural nails. Asked her to fix them only to get ignored. I guess the paying customer saying what I want doesn't matter. Only came here because of good reviews only waited because I watched them treat their other customers so well.

This place was so good! My pedicure was so nice and the hot rocks and massage felt amazing. The people were so friendly, nice and personable. Would 10/10 recommend!!

The purple nail color I picked vs the toe nail color that I received. My nails (both fingers and toes) were filed and shaped uneven. I had to file some nails to try to even them out after I got home. The gel polish on a few fingers is rough and catching on things. The polish looks as if my nails have grown out a week already and some of the nails aren’t completely painted. For $105 (that was just the basic mani/pedi) to say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I’m not from the area , but was in town visiting . I just needed a few minutes of self care so I went into Pro Nails for a pedicure. They stayed open late for myself and the others that had come in before 7pm(closing time) My toes look great and the setting was comfortable .

Went for a pedicure on the first week of March. Older lady worked for me. Absolutely overaggressive with cuticle removal. Gashed open a sore in my toe that has become infected. Do not trust this woman with your feet. Absolute maniac.

It was my 11 year old daughter's first time to get her nails done and Henry made her feel so comfortable! He was amazing! Definitely recommend!
