I hate Walmart to begin with, but they managed to make it even worse locking the plan b up because ppl be needing that and not wanting all the extra attention. Plus now you ain’t getting it anyways cause they are going to make you stand there for an hour and wait after asking multiple employees for help and they just say I called for someone so they are on their way and leave and no one else ever comes. Absolutely ridiculous. If you aren’t going to do your jobs don’t make it to where we can’t access the things we need.

Since Walmart in Duncan Oklahoma remodeled the store it is difficult to find items and when you go to the soda isle why put the 2 leter soda on the top shelf where it is very difficult for a short person to reach it I have asked a manager about maybe moving the two liters to a lower shelf so other people who are shorter like my wife Mary who is 5 foot 2 inches tall can reach them I see other costumers who are short like my wife have just as much difficulty!!!!! It is like a scavenger hunt looking for items now since Walmart in Duncan Oklahoma remodeled it's store on highway 81 in Duncan Oklahoma it's not just my opinion it's other costumers options as well

The new remodel sucks. It's been going on for months, impossible to find anything, none of the locations for the items on the app are correct, the aisles are INCREDIBLY small making it impossible to squeeze around anyone, and I absolutely DREAD going to the store now.

The Walmart in Duncan, OK has gone down to 1 checker (!) (But the staff are still amazing!) The costs have gone way up on everything, and they have discontinued selling apparel, such as Playtex bra's and other important items, for those of us who are more well endowed and don't want our shoulders to break down from thin straps!!! Just a note to the well endowed younger girls - take care of your shoulders and posture ladies; they're going to be the one's holding you up some day. Eventually, gravity WILL kick in!! Lol

I mostly order curbside pick up these days and usually have no issues. The people who bring the orders out seem friendly most of the time. I’ve gotten out of date bread and moldy produce before but thankfully it’s not the norm. I do get irritated that the app will say something is in stock but then my item is substituted. Overall good though. The parking lot is another thing entirely. It’s crowded, dirty, and dangerous. I realize it isn’t Walmart’s fault but people need to slow down and be more aware of their surroundings. Terrible drivers in Duncan lol.Running inside to get stuff isn’t too bad but you’ll likely be waiting in line whether you choose self checkout or normal checkout. I’ve also nearly been ran into several times by the Walmart pick up shoppers. I realize they’re on a schedule but that’s no excuse to run over customers. Overall though one of the cleaner Walmarts I’ve been to.

I would give it 0 stars but I can’t do that. The employees and managers are extremely rude and disrespectful to their customers and on top of that they had a lady banned from all Walmarts for trying to ask for help with one of THEIR machines and only got met with rudeness after she was being polite props to that lady cause she kept calm a lot longer than I would have but after the third time of them being rude and denying her service after she asked nicely that’s when she started getting a little mad but I would have too they kicked her out and banned her for something she didn’t even start I feel like the front end employees all need to be put in place cause that was extremely unprofessional and stupidly ridiculous for those employees to lash out at someone who didn’t do anything and was just trying to buy her stuff and leave. Furthermore banning this woman from Walmart was extremely unnecessary and down right rude. The way management treated this lady was disgusting, uncalled for, unprofessional, and a downgrade in their reputation.

Not a good Experience the way that the front end employees treat their costumers is disgusting they completely refused service to a lady after she kindly asked them three times and was met with rudeness each time she proceeded to get a manager but she said sorry I’m on shift I can’t help you which seems kinda ridiculous to me cause if your working then you can do something that was just pure laziness displayed at its best at Walmart not only did they tell her no fu basically they also kicked her out over nothing completely stupid she tried paying for her things and leaving but something wasn’t working and once again got told fu basically never have I ever walked into a place of business and seen something happen like that to anyone but it seems every time I walk into Walmart someone is dealing with something from front end cause they all have there head shoved up where the sun don’t shine and the manager is worse maybe Walmart …. If you treat your employees with respect your employees would care a bit more

An associate was incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you hate your job..... Just quit. You don't have to ruin everyone else's day.

Most of the time we love our local Walmart. There have been several times, though, that my husband and one of our kids had been pulled and told they were stealing. There are definitely some racial issues at this location. I see people get pulled to look at video recording half of the times I've been there, and they all look like my husband and son - either Native or Mexican.

It's typical Walmart. I'm definitely grateful they offer curbside pickup and delivery now.

Really getting tired of being checked or accused of theft almost every single time I come here. I have never stolen anything in my life and its getting ridiculous, from the self checkout erroring and forcing a casheir to review footage of me litterally just scanning my items, to my husband being stopped at the door and being directly accused of stealing candy that he paid for and had a receipt for.Multiple sections of the store are wiped out at the first of the month, this is the 5th and there has been no bread since the 31st. It happens every single month, and had been for years, so maybe plan ahead and order more bread? Just a thought.Stopped doing the grocery pick up because of them randomly canceling and forcing me to come inside, implementing rules whenever they feel like, such as needing to check my id one time and the employee saying he has to or he will get fired, then never having my ID checked again. My stuff being broken, old produce, missing entire sections of my order. The labeling at this store is a joke. The prices by oz/pound are not accurate. Impossible to figure out what items are better deals without pulling out a calculator.Mostly im tired of just trying to do my shopping and having to stop to prove I'm not stealing.

DEFINITELY, social profiling going on in this Wal-Mart. I have been in town for 3 weeks and have spent over $3,500 trust me I'm no thief ??I have literally watched and saw people stealing but for some reason I get stopped at register and on my way out when no one else is❓️ Doesn't matter if I self check out or go thru the MAYBE 2 open lanes out of 20. I have done both. Do better! It's embarrassing and uncalled for.
