Bret was awesome. He was able to understand my delimia and breakdown and answer each question without any difficulty. This was after I had spent all day the previous day on the phone with Att customer service, with no resolution, from 3 different agents.

Visiting this store was Literally the worst experience ever. The customer service is horrible it has taken hours just to transfer stuff from the trade in phone to the new phone. BECAUSE the Att servers are down. WHAT A SURPRISE RIGHT. HOURS TO TRADE IM A PHONE LITERALLY HOURS. DO NOT GO HERE. Athe girl Renvi is a very argumentive person and refused any time of actual customer service. Never will we use this location because of RENVI CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to TMOBILE and Bell the manager did tye transfer for us it took 10 mins.

I have always had a good experience here, especially with Bret, the sales associate. He was very friendly, explained everything carefully, and made sure I had everything I needed to get a new phone. Definitely top customer service skills and a great personality as well!

They are a privately owned AT& T ,and the employees who work there are very intimidating. I have filed formal complaints on there deceptive trade practice's ,but they think they are untouchable .However, I will be calling the federal trade commission now .As well as the Attorney General .They lied twice to me to make a sale on both my internet and phone . I came in to make my first cellphone bill payment there machine jammed or something and they said payment didn’t go through however I had proof it did .After I informed them this after they took my money and said oh you can’t talk or say nothing ,and told me I didn’t have to come back call corporate ! I’m standing there in disbelief they retaliated by refusing to help me , pull the camera!! this was the cherry to the cake though today trying to just make a payment was even a disaster , . do yourself a favor drive to Sherman !! It was a wonderful experience, and they helped me get the money back this store stoled 100 from me. today . Don’t use there payment machine they will take the money and run!! Call att & t and make the payment please if there machine jams they get upset and there’s a guy in there looks like he just got out of prison doing the cashier he was mumbling something saying his back hurt.The whole experience was very unpleasant as a paying customer.I couldn’t figure out what was going on but I was trying to express I felt uncomfortable, he got upset and said what in a very rude way .I am a business owner and I would never present myself like that to a customer, no matter what. I almost called the police because they would not help me after they took the payment. I had proof the payment went through, right there on my phone .what they did today ,will be investigated through corporate. They had me crying thinking they robbed me . corporate was right on it ,I was refunded within a few hours because I called and reported it, but it was definitely a strange reaction and transaction though. I have both receipts ,were they took the money and were I was refunded the money.They acted very unprofessional. All 4 of those employees were sitting around .. I was looking around for help ,, despicable and wouldn’t help me !!I was visibly upset and all they had to do was tell me to go to resolve. Att and make a dispute and corporate will get the money back but they refused to help me and took great pride in that response.Call Att t and order directly!! It’s way cheaper too!! These guys seem to be scamming

Other Durant Oklahoma store people are very good they are very happy knowledgeable and courteous and I love going into pay my bill and say hello they are my "store friends"..#that store friends I have a lot of stores I have friends.

I got to know the store pretty well yesterday as we spent most of the day there signing up for the Internet, getting four phone lines. The employee that helped us his name was Keith, and he was the most amazing, patient, kind, and knowledgeable person I’ve ever worked with. Thank you AT&T for hiring this competent young man. Also, AT&T was able to give me a plan beyond my wildest imagination. I have been without Wi-Fi for sometime because I just couldn’t afford it. They gave me a plan that fit my budget, being a disabled, ret , older woman. I love you, AT&T and I love you, Keith, thank you so much for all of your knowledge and help yesterday. I’ve had Straighttalk for the past 10 years well maybe even 15 years and they have gone to pot. I’m very excited about my new relationship with AT&T. Will do anything to help promote their items. Again, Keith you are amazing. Keep up the good work and thank you AT&T for hiring Keith.

The young man that helped me yesterday and choosing a phone I was kind of skeptical about getting an iPhone have been for years, but they no longer make the LG. This man was very helpful and helping me choose the correct iPhone for my needs. Plus gave me all the information I needed to get everything switched from one phone to the other actually switched some of it for me. Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at this AT&T store. Hope they keep Brent.

Don't go to this store unless you want to wind up in tears ? feeling scammed and robbed. My Google watch broke on Easter. I went the following Monday to this ATT Store during my lunch because I have insurance. The gentleman informed me I had to submit a claim online. I tried to submit my claim online but it was going to replace it with a phone. I called the insurance and they are unable to repair or replace my watch so they are supposed to give me a refund of $399 minus $100 deductible. After work I went back to this ATT Store to purchase a new Google watch and asked that it replace the line of the old watch. He informed me he couldn't. So then I wanted to cancel my line which he informed me I had to do by phone with customer service then proceeded to sell me the watch for $299. When I got home I called 611 and they informed me that he should have cancelled or replaced the line, because now if I cancel the line after purchasing a new line the watch will raise to $599, doubling. She informed me to return the phone, cancel, then repurchase. So I went back to this store to return the phone where they informed me it would cost $59 restocking fee plus another activation fee, etc... I left the store very upset, my options are going to cost me so much more no matter what: I pay double for the watch, or I keep paying for the line my old watch was on, or I return it for a fee. I am so upset and feel scammed and robbed! ?

Anderson at the Durant store was amazing! He was as very knowledgeable and never tried to sale us anything more that the plans and product we asked about. We switched from US Cellular because AT&T has better coverage and plans. We have been with US Cellular for 15+ years and know we made the right choice to switch over. Plus’s we walked out with more product for less than we’d paid at US Cellular.
