My kids and I were 6 hours away from home and my bumper fell off causing a lot of issues with my sensors, ac, driving. I finally got it to work and made it to bobs garage. He took a look and figured out what was wrong. He fixed it so quickly and we were on our way. Literally saved the day!

Best place in town to have any work done.
Christian is super friendly and straightforward, he’s an honest mechanic who’s not going to try to overcharge you and will just shoot straight with you about what needs to be repaired.

This shop has kept multiple cars operational for us the past couple of years. When it comes to mechanics I want working on my vehicle, Christian is the best around. He is straight forward, honest, knowledgeable, and the cars are always ready before the quoted time! I don't see myself using any other shop around town.

I was on my way to school and my Infiniti G35S shut off. Got it towed to their shop without them knowing because it was 7 PM. Went to AutoZone. Got the alternator and was putting it on with my dad and my Coach. While putting it on the owner, Chris pulled up and was very helpful to us and said if we needed parts or anything, let him know. So we ended up getting the wrong part and had to return it to AutoZone. We drove back to Dallas and left the car with Chris. The first part that they ordered was the wrong part because there are so many different alternators that can fit on this G3 five but it's only one that actually works. So, after working on the car for three hours already finding out that the wrong part was on there they had to stay after closing time to finish. These guys and woman was amazing. Thanks to them. ❤️ Will definitely be back. I apologize to the other gentleman who helped, but he's been doing it since he was 5 ??♂️. so they have great experience, dynamic duo fashoServices: Auto emissions testing

My boyfriend and I took a trip to Galveston from independence, missouri. On our way home, with 6 and 1/2 hours to go, we had our battery light come on and lost power not long after. It was 4:30pm and i gave Bob’s a call with the intent of finding out when he possibly could help and Christen didn’t hesitate to offer to stay open (they close @5) and be ready and able when we arrived. We thought it could’ve been the alternator so Christen was amazing at getting the part before we even got there. However, once he took a look under the hood he discovered a snapped belt instead and made sure to get that too and finish up the car in an hour, He was an absolute lifesaver and we need more people like this in Missouri! I’m just so thankful, not sure what we would’ve done without him.

I was broke down on the side of the road on a trip to Missouri, far from home. I called around to numerous shops and they all couldn't help. As soon as I called Bob's Garage the staff were friendly and welcoming, and told me as soon as I got it towed in they would look at it. Our mechanic Christian was very kind and knowledgeable. I immediately felt that we were in good hands. He worked hard and got us back on the road and his workmanship was fantastic. 5/5 would recommend to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed.Services: Engine repair

SERPENTINE BELTThese guys ROCK!!This place was recommended to me, so I called and talked to Christian, and he sent somebody out to our HOUSE, and the mechanic arrived within 10 minutes, and had this belt replaced ASAP, and very reasonably priced especially for being a house call per say.Thank you again for such quick service and coming to our rescue….we will DEFINITELY use you again.

The worst mechanic ever! He tried overcharging me from $600-$1000 to fix the exhaust system in my 2007 Chevrolet Impala back in September 2020 until I told him to lower the price to around $200-$300, and he lowered the price to $275. On the day I was scheduled to get my car back, he was an hour late picking me up from my workplace, so I could get my car back! I felt like I was ripped off because on the day I got my car back, the check engine light, traction control light, and ABS lights came on. I would never recommend doing business with Christian or any other people at Bob's Garage to anybody because they will rip anybody off in a heartbeat and overcharge anybody for something on their vehicle that is extremely fixable. Bob's Garage takes forever to get anybody's vehicle fixed. I'm never taking any of my vehicles to Christian or any of his coworkers at Bob's Garage again.Service: Auto exhaust system repair
