Sweetest man ever helped us! We are remodeling an entire house built in the 60's/70's and can't afford to buy in bulk as we are going room by room. It was more convenient than Lowes or Home Depot because they sell tack strips and carpet padding by the foot, which was much more friendly to our budget and saved us hundreds. Highly recommend them and will be coming back to their phenomenal prices and service!

I was referred to Harry at Carpet Tile & Factory Outlet and I am so glad I was! Harry was so knowledgeable and helpful. We only had a vague idea of what we wanted and planned to go with an option from a big box store. Harry walked us through all of our flooring options and asked questions to make sure we chose the right flooring for our needs and any extras we may need for installation (like vapor barriers and quarter-rounds for the baseboards). He showed us beautiful options in our price range; the price was so good we could even afford to upgrade from laminate to luxury vinyl. We walked in with lots of questions and walked out with samples of our favorite floor. One week later and it is installed! I highly recommend speaking with Harry at Carpet Tile & Factory Outlet, we will be using his business again when we redo our bathroom floors!

The Carpet & Tile Factory Outlet was the third store we visited and they had the nicest selection of Carpet. Our selection arrived as promised and installers Michael and Gretchen Sizemore were a delight to work with. They are consciousness of their work, clean as they work and left nothing behind that we needed to be picked up or for disposal. Shanna and her team have certainly earned our business.

Harry was very helpful in the selection process of my new flooring and with the return of my unboxed flooring after my flooring installation was completed. We are pleased with the product we selected for our floors.We also found Jose Garcia for the installation of the flooring through reviews that had been posted previously and got his contact information through Harry. Jose's reviews were accurate. We were very pleased with the installation process and the way our floors look after Jose and his crew completed the job. Jose agreed to schedule our flooring installation for the week after Christmas so that we could manage it while on vacation. He was good to his word and arrived each day on time and as scheduled. They took care of everything just as agreed and were very diligent and hard working. They straightened up and left everything in order before leaving each day.He and his crew were great to work with! We will be using them again for future remodeling.
