We had the battery replaced and it was returned to us in this condition with the screen distortion. They were persistent in saying it was water damage. The screen WAS NOT in this condition prior to us bringing it in.

ive had my phone fixed twice by this store. by two different people. the first one was fine they did the job but they left my camera all dirty underneath the glass so my camera quality looked bad. the second time it was fixed the bottom right of the screen was lifting and still is. i can see the light under the screen from the bottom right corner not being properly sealed. i mean it isn’t cheap to get a screen fixed so i wish i wouldn’t run into problems like this.

I took my desktop in because I picked up a virus that would not let me open up any of my files. Computer Techs removed the virus and cleaned up the desktop at a fantastic price! I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve used computer tech several times. They are great at what they do. I’m happy with results every single time. It is not all that expensive either. Also I took my phone in once because it was acting crazy and the young girl there found out the problem in less than five minutes. An app was eating up a ton of my data. We deleted it and my phone was like new again. She wouldn’t even charge me. Fast and friendly service.

The tech we dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my PC in less than a week, and although my data/photos were lost, I have no doubt that they did everything possible to try to recover them. Overall, I'd highly recommend this company.

We have taken a couple of our computers, 1 desk top, 1 laptop, to Computer Techs. Each time they have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable. They explained the issues our computers had and explained what would need to be done to correct it. As with any computer work, it costs. But they are reasonable. And do good work. I highly recommend them.
