We were searching for a firm mattress with a softer pillowtop, and adjustable base. Jason guided us thru the various selections matching our criteria, never once pressuring us with a high-pressure sales pitch, which is very greatly appreciated. He gave us details regarding each one we tested and helped us come to the perfect solution. Jason was a pleasure to deal with, and we will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Im giving this a 4 star because...I did buy the concierge suite a couple of years ago the medium flippable mattress. I really liked this one .. I have scoliosis so my back is real picky about what I sleep on. So I bought the hospitality one. This is supposed to be the same thing.It did feel a little different maybe a bit softer. I had to go back to sleeping on my old one for a while. Then I tried to sleep on new one again a couple of weeks ago. I'm sleeping a lot better on it now I really hope they keep making this mattress.

Jason really took his time with us to help us find the perfect mattress and base for our budget. He worked with us to get the price we could definitely afford. He is not a typical sales man. The dude there was so so so nice!!! Showed us the beds we wanted to see... went back the next day to get the beds paid for...there was another dude there... with the most amazingly cute little dog!!!Will definitely be back!!!
