Service department is dishonest about lead times and where parts are in regards to the timing of the services requested. I understand theres back orders and things that happen but be honest with the timeframe. I spent over 300 dollars just moving the vehicle there and diagnosing an issue I already knew existed. Completely unprofessional car company. They caused the title to be delayed and refused to give me another 30 day tag. This was my second vehicle to buy from them but after this I will take my future business elsewhere.
