Durant True Value Lumber is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in the area. It’s not just a lumber yard — they carry just about everything! From high-quality lumber and hardware to paint, plumbing supplies, tools, yard signage, mailboxes, rodent control, and even household essentials like laundry detergent.
I’m impressed by how much they stock and how helpful the staff is. Whether you’re working on a home project, need to fix a leak, or just want to pick up some cleaning supplies, they’ve got it.
Locally owned, super convenient, and always friendly — this is the kind of place that reminds you why shopping local matters. Highly recommend!

I've never went there looking for something, and them not have it. I work for a local business, and I do alot of odd jobs around the city, and surrounding area. Ifmi need a part, tool, bit, or the hardware, they have it. Customer service is always pleasant as well!
