Fastenal company truck parked so close to my car, at the Biglots parking in Durant, I had to enter from the passenger side and climb over. Ridiculous and unprofessional!!

So unfriendly, they make it seem like an imposition to deal with anyone who isn’t a major account holder buying a huge order. If you don’t want to sell to the general public then don’t open your doors to the general public.

Always closed when you need them. Twice they show open until 5:30 on their website, and the doors are locked by 5.
