The service could be improved if they created an email and made it available to be able to print out labels for customers to ship returns, even if they had to charge a small fee to do so. It would be more convenient for people who don't have printers.

This was the first time I've ever had to deal with FedEx. The lady was super knowledgeable & helpful! My package arrived on time.
