Bank loan officer mislead us after approving construction loan said we will see you to the end and get us approved for our pernament loan. at 6.5% but when got loan application it was 7.5%. Bank officers had us claim less tax deductions to increase our opportunity to qualify for the loan. I would not recommend this bank.

Unreasonable about a safety deposit box issue involving deceased owners. They force you to be there in person, won't take an indemnity agreement or let local attorney inventory the contents of the box, to prevent a wasted trip. Oh, and didn't coordinate efforts to do it while I was there on Friday before Memorial day..... crazy thing, they'll have to inventory it anyway without me there once it goes abandoned... so what's the big deal???

Debbie was my loan consultant while I was getting my loan to purchase my first home. She was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole process. She answered every question I had and always made sure I understood what she was explaining. Sometimes she would even respond after business hours. Another awesome thing she did to ensure that I was comfortable was drive from Durant to Chickasha, without hesitation might I add, to be there for my closing. Debbie is amazing and a very hard working lady. I would highly recommend anybody to go through her for any mortgage related need!
