Friendly bank with good and courteous employees. My beef isn't with them at all. To explain things I recently found myself out of a job and 87.00 and some odd cents in the whole. To add insult to injury no negative sign on the left at the end of my debt balance at all. Call me crazy but if I have to cash out at any bank I expect red ink at the end of my red ink! Another cash loan amount that I recently made after parents balied me out had put accounts payable into the freaking middle of their work sheet with another negative sign in what I thought was accounts payable? Doesn't accounts payable usually go on the left hand side of worksheets? Apparently not in the year 2023! Call me crazy again but if your in debt and have to cash out the least that any bank could do I'd treat you like a person and give you red ink or a negative sign like normal on the as your going down. Other than that First United has been a pretty good bank.Pause:This probably means I'm going to have to take my accounting classes all over again, but I'm sure not liking the new banking printed forms. At the very least you ought to get a negative symbol where a negative symbol is actually due. Parenthesis doesn't mean subtract. But looks like everyone in banking these days is going to have a new style in conducting buisness. Can't think with a clear head then you would probably misinterpret the new style as a prelude to communism or something? I am not liking the new style in 2023. I miss my negative symbol on the left where it's suppose into go. Least back in my day. ?Pause:If the parenthesis symbol means subtract what symbol do they give for profit? I say this because deep down everyone is a Ferrangie at some point in their life time! ?

The branch manager does not return phone calls/voicemails. Called for two weeks with no return call. Left a message with the teller after I went into the branch looking for her and still no call back. This same branch also cashed checks again our account that were stolen and the signatures didn’t match, address didn’t match, and they were temporary checks. We were lucky that the Sherman location caught it when the thieves came through their branch and notified us! I’ve never had any other issues with any other branches but I won’t be returning to this one.

It's your average bank. They do not do loans at this location. They do have a drive thru and ATM.

Been I. The drive through for 15 minutes. I can see 5 people behind the counter talking and one working. No wonder the rating for this bank age so low.

I believe two of the worker who does the drive thru was very rude and prejudiced. I guess they never see Asian person who live in Durant. She had ask driver licenses, bday and ss number just to deposit a check. For once I am in banking business never had asked for my bday and ss for verification to deposit a check. And then one of them have the guts to tell us to go to another branch if we like the service at this branch. This not acceptable behavior.

Was with them for over 15 years and then the bank closed our account with not much notice. We weren't able to notice within the couple days it happened. Then when we saw it was closed, we went to right our wrongs and there was nothing they could do it was already too long. Don't know how that works but literally my only complaint. Also, they don't make it easy to ask questions if you are un-informed about topics on money. Was kinda of disheartened because we do struggle and needed someone to just be understanding. Now we have this situation which kind of turns me off to their whole big branch name they are forming..

I went to create a checking account yesterday and tried to download the app and comes to find out the banker put in my birthday wrong and it showed I was only a few months old and she had my drivers license right in front of her! I now have to wait until Monday to go back up there so they can fix it.

Do not use this for mortgage services----horrible bank with poor service. I did a refinance and was assure and have emails from bank telling me to forgo that month payment. I confirmed and have email from them to do so---then i get a alert from my credit system they put late payment on my account----they eventually fixed--Okay accident happen----now it happened again and again they said we are sorry and are retracting their error--how is it they can continually make same errors at my expense---I have apology letter from first incident and now this issue is effecting a refinance on a auto loan i had started--------anyone know a good attorney that handles these types of errors that cost customers money on bank errors
