The worker there was so rude. My mom hurt herself in there on the wheelchair and she was so rude to us that she couldn’t even ask my mom if she was OK. She just kept making a face at her like oh crap did that really just happen will not go here ever again Worst place ever

I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. I was in there and a homeless man asked for a pair of pants. He was told no! They don't do that!! How the hell do yall get all your stuff? Donated right?! And you charge over what your items are worth. I know there is an idiot born every minute, bit I'm done donating, or allowing my family to shop at ANY Goodwill!! I also looked up how much the CEO makes a year! Sickening!! Off of donated items, but yet can't donate a pair of pants to the homeless!! I would have bought them for him, but I wouldn't spend a wet foodstamp in another Goodwill store!

Amazing that a manager refused to change price on VHS tapes! Half marked .99 the other $3.99! The exact same movie is 3 dollars difference. Its old technology and you want antique prices. What happened to thrift, helping your community? You are greedy and we don't need you un our community. You should be ashamed.

Wanted to buy a used book today. No price. I was willing to pay 2 bucks for it. It retailed for 10 when it was NEW. Green haired girl at the counter told me she needed manager or supervisor or someone that wasn’t available to give her price? It’s second hand store people! Let your employees make decisions for the love of Bob! Goodwill is pricing things as new and track inventory as if they bought all of it. Please do not give money to their CEO.
An old coffee table was $25. It should not have been more than $8-10 bucks. Walmart has a similar one NEW for $60.

Very unprofessional employees. Stood in the check out line for almost 5 minutes to check out. Then cashier changed the price of my pants $6 more dollars cause it was with a pink boutique tag. Manager was not helpful. I always thought that cahiers couldn't make price changes at the register. I found alotnof stuff on the floor not priced at all in the wrong spot. And priced as a mens when it is a womans. Wrong sizes n short sleeves with lkng sleeves. No employee ever greeted us comingnin or thanking us for shopping at goodwill. I

Very, very expensive prices. This is mostly used merchandise. They do stock candy and new holiday decorations but it's a very cheap quality. I shop Walmart. Better prices and quality and it's new stuff.
