I love great clips. I will never go to this one again. Slowest cut I’ve ever had. 39 minutes for an uneven, incomplete haircut. Stylist was nice but kindness doesn’t cut hair

I go there every few months to get my ends cleaned up something like that I went in today the person that was cutting my hair obviously did not know what they were doing after the haircut, she begins pulling my shirt down to rub lotion on my back I don't know when this became a normal thing but I felt violated if I wasn't a respectable person I would have flipped out on her , let me add the person I wanted to cut my hair was there but the only thing she wanted to do was sit there on her phone and couldn't care less when the girl who doesn't even take care of her own hair is destroying my hair that I've been growing for 5 years based off photos and reviews y'all do not know what y'all are doing I have long hair down to my shoulders the girl is trying to cut my hair as if it is an inch long if I need to come in there and teach y'all how to cut hair then I'm going to become your boss because everybody knows long hair you moisturize comb down and then grab the ends as you're combing it to where you can get the ends to line up instead of fumbling around with it and I will say I've never gone to cosmetology school but I understand the general basics of how to do it

No issues what so ever, always great service! I tell them what I want and tell them the vision I have and they do it! I show them an inspiration picture and they do it!
Stylist: Dawnielle one of the phenomenal hairstylists out there! 10/10 recommend going to her for just about any haircut or style! She has a way of working her magic??♀️✨

I’ve been here a couple of times. Have had a couple of people that did a good job cutting my hair, last year I went and got a hair cut and a lady cut my hair and did ABSOLUTELY horrible! Multiple spots were longer than others throughout my hair and one side wasn’t even the same length! I went back up there and got it fixed by a different employee and the previous lady that cut my hair just kept staring with a snobby look like I was full of it. A year goes on and I go back for a quick haircut on my lunch break from work so I’m on a time crunch, and what do you know! That same lady is still working up there, I was very hesitant and almost left but took my chances and said what the hell a year has gone by surely she learned how to cut hair! WRONG! She completely screwed my hair up again and I ended having to go pay for pretty much the price of a full haircut at another place.

Just left what an unprofessional couple of employees. Messed my hair cut then of all things tried to blame me. What trash!!! Don’t waste your money or time going here unless you want to get in an argument and blamed for them messing up your hair cut. Pieces of trash!!!!
